South African Wanderings.
Though we have traveled quite extensively, as like most people whom haven't seen their own country
we do intend visiting some of the spectacular sights that this country and surrounds has to offer.
December I want to do the eastern (Transvaal) Mpumalanga
Which I am certain will be worth the effort along with the likes of Okavango in Botswana our neighboring
country.
That is,
Before we do a cruise to Greek Islands Santorini / Mykonos next year hopefully.
Something I've always wanted to do all my life!
But for now it very local.
We had a spot of lunch with friends today - at a quaint little place - named The Pot & Kettle.
Situated on the edge of The Valley of 1000 hills in Botha's Hill west of Durban KZN.
The views are spectacular as the photos will show.
It is impossible to capture all of the spectacle either with video or panoramic photo shots
as the valley is so vast. It will take a half days drive to pass along the tourist route in a vehicle.
Rural with traditional housing and often dotted with villages comprising of mud and straw roof huts.
But yet very beautiful scenery.
I also had to take a short little clip of the fish pond at the restaurant.
